The Finance Department of the Greenburgh Housing Authority directed by Mr. Raju Abraham is responsible for finance reporting activity to all the regulatory agencies funding the Housing Authority. The Finance Department is also responsible for accounting, bugeting, grant managment, accounts payable, cash management and investments. The Finance Department also administers the personnel policies of the Housing Authority, which include payroll administration and employee benefits.
