NOTICE TO BIDDERS

GREENBURGH HOUSING AUTHORITY
 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS-PROPOSALS (RFQ-P)
(Security & Public Safety Consultant Services)

Will be received by the Greenburgh Housing Authority, 9 Maple Street, White Plains, New York 10603, until 10 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, July 29th, 2011.  No proposals will be accepted after said time and date.

The work consists of the security and surveillance camera systems design and project management for the Greenburgh Housing Authority.  This work will include supervising the installation, positioning, networking of cameras and the setup and networking working of network video recorders (NVR).

 

Bids shall be made on the Proposal forms furnished with the Specifications. Proposal forms and Specifications can be picked up at the Administrative Office located at 9 Maple Street, White Plains, NY 10603 or  Downloaded from http://www.greenburghhousing.org/jobs/2011/security_surveillance_consultant.pdf.

Proposals shall be rated and ranked according to the criteria included in the Specifications.

Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Greenburgh Housing Authority, White Plains, New York 10603 and endorsed "SECURITY CONSULTANT SERVICES"

The Greenburgh Housing Authority and its Board of Directors reserve the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the GREENBURGH HOUSING AUTHORITY to do so.

New York State funds are utilized on this project and are subject to all the applicable requirements of the New York State Department of Housing and Community Renewal.
