GHA Recreational Program

The Housing Authority runs a recreation program for the children of families that reside both in the state and scattered sites.  Children, ages five and up, may participate in organized games and activities after school each day between the hours of 3:00pm-7:00pm. The recreational program helps with homework and studying. GHA also sponsors activities and field trips throughout the year including an annual Halloween party, back to school backpack giveaway, and an annual Christmas party with toys giveaway. The Recreational Program runs throughout the summer as an afternoon program since many children attends the youth center nearby.

Events
