Emergency / Answering Services (914-227-2712)

Use this number for lock outs, community room entry or any other urgent matter after office hours.

Emergency problems are defined as:

  • Threats to someone’s health or safety.
  • Will cause property damage if not corrected right away.

Examples of emergencies are defined as leaking gas, sewer backups, fallen electrical lines, flooding, lockouts, smoke detector problems (not battery replacement).

Routine work orders may be placed during office business hours by contacting the reception desk.
