Greenburgh Heights LLC is a 100% Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) project consisting of 85 units scattered throughout the Town of Greenburgh. The site are as follows:

• Pocantico Park, located in Elmsford, NY has 25 units
• Glenville Gardens, located in Tarrytown, NY has 15 units
• Secor Heights, located in Ardsley, NY has 15 units
• Stacy Courts, located in White Plains, NY has 15 units
• Merrill Hill Courts, located in Hartsdale, NY has 15 units
